ESS - Terms and Conditions of Entry

1.	Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these conditions of entry.
2.	Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand Residents. Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are ineligible.
3.	To enter, the contestant must fill in the coupon appearing in the promoter's product advertisements that will run throughout the year in various business journals. The coupon can then be forwarded to 'ESSential News' , Engineering Software Solutions, PO Box 2150, Port Adelaide SA 5015 during the promotional period.
4.	Promotion commences 1/03/2004. Entries close 5pm on 31/12/2004. The draw will take place at 1-5 Hawke Street, Albert Park SA 5014. There will be one draw for the prize. The judges decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.	The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. Only one entry per person will be eligible. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.	The prize is a purchase voucher for $495, which can be put towards the purchase of any of the Promoter's software products. Neither the voucher's full value nor any residual part of its value is redeemable for cash.
7.	The Promoter may conduct a further draw at the same place as the original draw in 10/04/2005 in order to distribute the prize if it remains unclaimed at that date, subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). The winner of such a draw will be notified by mail on 11/04/2005.
8.	The Promoter collects entrant's personal information in order to conduct the promotion. By entering the promotion each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without further reference, payment of compensation to the entrant. Entrant's personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winner's names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. As per the relevant Privacy Legislation, a request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address below.
9.	The Promoter is Engineering Software Solutions, ABN 62 063 969 059 of 1-5 Hawke Street, Albert Park, SA 5014.
