with relevant mechanical properties calculated at the click of a
button, such as Ix, Iy, Ag, cx and cy, to name a few.
• Saves your own sections: STEELcat
allows you to save your own special sections for use at a later
stage.
• Detailed steel sections: STEELcat
provides graphical dimension information on all standard
sections and tabular mechanical, chemical and physical
properties.
• Continuing to evolve: ESS is currently
developing an international version of STEELcat. The new version
will include a wide range of overseas and American sections
along with an option to view metric or imperial units.
